This website collects only what you give it: contact-form submissions (name, organization, email, message) and newsletter addresses. Anonymous, cookie-free analytics measure page traffic in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party ad pixels.
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a relationship develops, to manage it in our CRM. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing purposes.
Website form and newsletter data is processed in our CRM (HubSpot) under a data-processing agreement. Client engagement data is a different matter entirely: it lives on RedTorch-owned, on-premises infrastructure and is governed by engagement agreements, not this policy.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and comparable regimes you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@redtorch.com with the subject "Privacy request" — we respond within the statutory window, usually much faster. Ironically, verifying identity is something we are quite good at.
Inquiry records are retained while relevant to a prospective or active relationship and then deleted on a rolling schedule. Newsletter addresses are deleted on unsubscribe.
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions:info@redtorch.com.
